  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in time is 9:00 AM and check-out time is 6:00 PM.

  • What is the check-in location?

    The check-in location is at our info desk on the Makarska waterfront promenade. Address is Marineta 12, 21300 Makarska.

  • What is not included in the charter price?

    Fuel, security deposit and any extras you might have specifically requested.

  • What is a security deposit?

    A refundable security deposit is paid at check-in to cover any optional cost. If there is no damage or loss to the vessel or the equipment, the amount of the deposit will be refunded to you.

  • Do I need to refill the fuel tank before returning the boat?

    You will pick up the boat with a full fuel tank and you will need to return it with a full tank.

  • Is it possible to park the car in the marina near the location of the boats?

    Yes, there is a big parking lot near our location, daily parking ticket averages from 80 to 230 HRK.

  • What kind of license is required to hire a boat?

    A valid maritime boat license is required.

  • If we don't have a boat license, is it possible to hire a skipper?

    Yes, there are many experienced skippers at your disposal.

  • Are the crew and the vessel insured?

    Yes, they are insured up to the amount specified by the insurance policy.

  • If we hire a boat for several days, do we need to return to the home port at the end of each day?

    No, you can stay overnight at different locations, but it is mandatory to secure a safe mooring for the boat.

  • What is the typical cost of staying in ports and marinas?

    You usually won't be charged for brief stops (up to 2 hours). For overnight stays, the marina costs average from 50 € to 100 €(depending on boat length).

  • Do you allow pets on board?

    Yes, but they are not allowed in the cabin.

  • Can I use and charge my electronic devices on the boat?

    Yes, all our boats have 12V chargers for electric devices.

  • Do you provide safety equipment for children?

    Yes. Please let us know the number of children and their age in advance.

  • Do you offer a pre-departure briefing?

    Yes. Our staff will provide you with all the necessary information about the boat you hired, weather conditions and possible routes.
